At Argos Fragrances, we strive for absolute satisfaction with every scent; however, if you are not completely enchanted by your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at support@argosfragrances.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure the delicate glass remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
